## The CFunded Challenge

The **CFunded Challenge** is your gateway to becoming a funded cryptocurrency trader. This evaluation process is designed to assess your trading skills, discipline, and ability to manage risk effectively. Successful completion of the Challenge grants you access to a fully funded trading account, empowering you to trade without risking your personal funds.

### Why Take the CFunded Challenge?

### Challenge Overview

The CFunded Challenge consists of a **two-step evaluation process**:

#### **Phase 1: Evaluation**

* **Objective:** Prove your trading consistency and profitability.
* **Profit Target:** Achieve a specific profit target within the allocated trading period (e.g., **10% of account size**).
* **Maximum Loss:** Avoid exceeding the drawdown limits:
  * **Daily Loss Limit:** 5% of the account size.
  * **Overall Loss Limit:** 10% of the account size.
* **Trading Period:** 30 days (extensions available under certain conditions).

#### **Phase 2: Verification**

* **Objective:** Confirm your trading consistency and adherence to rules.
* **Profit Target:** Achieve a specific profit target within the allocated trading period (e.g., **12% of account size**).
* **Risk Parameters:** The same loss limits apply as in Phase 1.
* **Trading Period:** 30 days.

### Rules to Remember

CFUNDED prohibits manipulative or fraudulent trading activities, including but not limited to:

* **Exploiting system errors or platform vulnerabilities.**
* **Arbitraging accounts** or taking advantage of pricing discrepancies.
* **Violating trading platform terms and conditions.**

**No Scalping**

Traders are not allowed to engage in scalping strategies. Each position must remain open for a minimum of **15 minutes** before being closed.

* **First Violation:** A warning will be issued.
* **Second Violation:** The trader will be **disqualified** from the challenge and forfeit any associated fees or profits.

**Volume Control Rule**

Traders must maintain consistent position sizing in line with their **initial trading volume** and risk management rules:

* A trader's position size on any given day must be between **50% and 200%** of their first day's average trade volume.

**Example:** If a trader's **first-day trading volume** was **1 BTC**, they can only open positions between **0.5 BTC (minimum) and 2 BTC (maximum)** on subsequent days.

* Any violation of this rule may lead to **disqualification from the challenge**.
* Each position size must be 50% to 200% of your average trade volume.
* Your total daily traded volume must align with your daily average trading volume.
* **This rule applies to each individual position and the total daily volume.**

**Trading Discipline**

* Maintain your account within the predefined **risk parameters**.
* Respect the **daily and overall loss limits** to ensure responsible trading.

**Trade Activity**

* You must trade on at least **10 different days** during the challenge to demonstrate consistency.

**Consistency Rule**

* Your **best trading day** must not account for more than **30% of your total profits**.

**Additional Prohibited Activities**

* **High-risk trading practices** such as martingale or excessive trade sizing.
* **Using signals** to pass the challenge.
* **Using copy trading systems** to pass the challenge.
* **Use of multiple devices** or frequently **changing IP addresses** that suggest third-party access or account sharing is strictly prohibited.
* Each account must be operated solely by the registered trader.
* Any evidence of third-party trading, account sharing, or unauthorized access will result in **immediate disqualification and a permanent ban** from the CFUNDED platform.

### Inactivity <a href="#h_b83390ae54" id="h_b83390ae54"></a>

A trading account will be breached if it remains inactive for 30 consecutive days. To keep the account active, you must open and close at least one trade within this period. If no trades are completed during the 30-day window, the account will be breached.

### What Happens After the Challenge?

Upon successful completion of the Challenge:

* You are awarded a **Funded Account** corresponding to your chosen plan.
* You receive up to **90% of your trading profits**, with the remaining **10%** reinvested into CFunded for operational sustainability.
* You join the exclusive group of **Certified Crypto Funded Traders (CFT)**, gaining access to advanced tools and mentorship.
* **Rule Compliance on Funded Accounts:** All rules and conditions from the Challenge phase also apply to Funded Accounts; any violation may result in disqualification and termination of the funded account.\
  \*\*If a trader is disqualified on a funded account, they will still receive 5% of their profits, provided they achieved more than a 10% profit.
